May 8, 2025 (1 Day)
Customer reported oil leaking since the prior visit and that the AC controller on the driver’s side vent had detached. Technicians were unable to duplicate the oil leak at this time, and the AC part was placed on backorder.
May 14, 2025 (~1+ Days)
No repair order was provided but it is documented in the history listing with an RO Date of May 14, 2025. Customer returned, reporting continued oil leakage. Technicians confirmed the drain plug was tight but leaking while sitting; they replaced the plug, topped off the oil, and cleaned the area.
May 28, 2025 (~1+ Days)
No repair order was provided but it is documented in the history listing with an RO Date of May 28, 2025. Customer returned for continued repair of the AC controller issue. The driver-side front air vent was removed and replaced with the backordered part.
June 10, 2025 (1 Day)
Customer reported that the rear axle differential lock warning light appeared while driving. Fault codes were stored for the rear differential, and a replacement servomotor was ordered (backordered). Additionally, the customer complained of an intermittent trunk that would not open; technicians were unable to duplicate the issue and noted signs of outside influence on the latch and bumper wiring.
June 16 - 18, 2025 (3 Days)
Customer returned for continued repairs to the rear differential lock issue. Technicians removed and replaced the rear differential servo motor and rear differential control unit.
