Novaj Javidzad is Chief Strategy Officer at Easy Lemon. He’s an entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, and over the years he has built and run companies in technology, entertainment and legal services. He’s CEO of several ventures today, alongside his role at Easy Lemon.

At Easy Lemon, which opened in 2024, he works on strategy and operations: where the firm grows next, and whether the people doing the work have what they need to do it. A lot of that is unglamorous. It’s the systems and processes a team runs on day to day. He has brought AI tools into companies to help them grow quickly and still keep quality under control.

Three things matter to him in a business. Clear standards. Collaboration. A real effect on the community around it. He’d rather have a team that executes well and stays together than a short-term win.

Outside the office he travels, listens to a lot of music and spends time with family. He likes meeting people who are trying to do hard things, and he puts time into encouraging younger people who are just starting out.
