Ron Kaniuk, Esq.

Three practice areas have filled Ron’s more than two decades as a lawyer: consumer protection, lemon law, and business law. His clients are individuals, families, and small to mid-sized businesses from many industries, and he doesn’t run them all through the same playbook. He is a careful negotiator who is just as comfortable in the courtroom. And before a client decides anything, he explains the law in plain terms, because it is their case and their decision.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996 and is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and New Jersey. His federal admissions track the state ones: all three Florida districts (Southern, Middle, and Northern), three of New York’s four (Eastern, Southern, and Western), and the District of New Jersey. Away from the office he’s involved in his community, and he gives a fair amount of time to mentoring young professionals and small business owners.
