A seal repair was previously performed. The vehicle was water-tested and road-tested on hills and declines. The headliner was removed, and the sunroof area was inspected for proper runoff.
April 23–May 23, 2025 — Recurring Mirror-Area Leak & Brake Vibration
The customer stated that water is now leaking from the center area near the rearview mirror. Upon inspection, a kink was found in the rear section of the drain hose, which was causing water to sit in the tracks. The customer additionally reported vibration when braking at high speeds, and the concern was verified during a road test.
June 2–29, 2025 — Overhead Console Leak / Windshield Replacement
The customer reported water leaking through the overhead console. Upon inspection, the windshield was removed and replaced with a new Volvo windshield. After installation, the camera was calibrated and the vehicle was road tested to ensure the camera was functioning properly.
November 11–17, 2025 — Roof Leak Near Rearview Mirror
