Technicians inspected the front trunk liner and underbody panels, retightened suspension bracing bolts, and found no issues. The rear passenger door continued to leak when opened; the part needed for the door seal was placed on backorder. A loaner vehicle was provided.
August 6 - 21, 2025 (16 Days)

The customer reported multiple new and recurring issues, including assistance system error messages on the cluster, the charging port door not opening consistently, front tire shuddering over speed bumps and during acceleration, and speaker rattling from the front doors. Technicians recalibrated all assistance systems, performed calibrations on both charging doors, and noted the tire shudder condition was also present in other Porsche vehicles tested. The driver’s side door panel rattle was traced to a low-frequency vibration; wiring was rerouted to address the issue. A loaner vehicle was provided.
