September 16, 2024–January 22, 2025: Extended HV Repair
Extended repair attempt. The vehicle became undrivable during campaign software update VR28.11 when the HV system disabled itself. Numerous control units required coding and programming; the HV central box and rear surround camera failed. The HV central box was replaced (backordered from Germany). The rear surround view camera was replaced (also backordered). Final programming and calibration were performed once parts arrived. Additional repairs included replacement of the electric power distributor control unit (J1282), re-coding of body electronics and headlights, a tire pressure monitoring system reset, and adhesive strip replacement for charge port doors.
April 2–May 12, 2025: Software Upgrade and SOS Module
Software upgrade VR28.11 was installed. A second key fob was programmed. Service investigated an “Emergency Call Function Deactivated” error. External communication unit faults persisted; a PRMS ticket was opened. A backend software fix from PAG was applied, restoring the SOS module.
September 12–15, 2025: Rear Camera Control Unit
The rear camera control unit was reprogrammed. Programming voltage and scope were verified.
