Infotainment screen went blank. The dealer updated the Front Infotainment Control Module (FICM) with a software update.

Infotainment went black again. The dealer diagnosed it as caused by a dead battery. During this visit, tire patch and alignment were also performed.

TPMS warning light came on. The screen failed completely due to electrical failure. The dealer replaced the infotainment screen and programmed system.

Touchscreen went blank several times during driving. The dealer pulled codes but found nothing related. The problem continues intermittently.
